This quest is located in Edron Orc Caves. You need need to follow some maps to get there. Start at Edron depot and walk like this map shows:
Now if you went down follow this map and go down by the sewer gate.
Continue by going southwest like this:
Now after you roped up yourself continue like this map shows:
Now you will need to get to the underground. So you will need to follow this map (Snakes, Poison Spiders, Orcs, Orc Spearmen and Orc Warriors on the way):
After you went down you will probably have to kill Orcs, Orc Spearmen and Orc Warriors. You will have to get west and then north like this map shows (Orcs, Orc Spearmen, Orc Warriors and possibly Orc Berserker on the way, also 2 Orc Shamans near the Quest Box):
Take the loot from the skeleton.
