The first part of the quest is talking with 4 different NPCs. The best place to start the quest on is Venore. Then continue to Plains of Havoc Temple, where you will find Oldrak, you will have to kill cyclops, demon skeletons and other PoH creatures, even maybe lured Giant Spider or Dragon, follow this map: Go up by the stairs and you will find Oldrak:  Now you need to talk with him like this:
Now continue to Edron to find Zoltan, the best way to get a Edron from PoH is by going Venore and then boat to Edron. When you arrive at Edron follow this map to get to the Magic Academy:  When you arrive at the Magic Academy then go to the part the map shows:  Then go upstairs two times and you will find Zoltan:  Now you need to talk with him like this:
Now continue by going to the Druid Guild in Carlin The best way now is to get to Edron Carpet and travel to Femour Hills. To reach Carlin Druid Guild from Femour Hills use this map:  After you arrived at the Carlin druid guild then you will find Padriela: 
Now you need to talk with Lubo, you can find him northeast of Thais. The easiest way to get to him from Carlin is travelling with the boat from Carlin to Thais and then walk like this map show:  You should find Lubo in the house where the map leads to:  Now talk to him and say these things:
After you talked with Lubo you are done with the first part of the quest. If you haven't got all things you need to the quest then get them now. If you are low on cap a smart thing could be to use the levitate spell instead of bringing parcels. If you haven't got Key 3899 then you need to get it. To get Key 3899 you need to get to Minotaur Tower southwest of Kazordoon. Here's a map showing the way (note: there are many other ways too):  Open the hole with a shovel and go down, go this way (you may have to kill minotaurs and minotaur archers):  After that rope yourself up and follow this map:  You will have to take use on the dead tree to get the key you need. Watch out because you can get damaged 200 with poison if you use on the tree.  Now you need to get to the Paradox Tower for the first time at this quest. The Paradox Tower is located north of Minotaur Tower but to get there you need to follow this map first:  Now you have to go up this hill a few times. Use Parcels or Levitate.  At the first three higher floors you don't have to face any creature. At the forth floor there are 2 Wyverns. Go to the fifth floor here you will find the level 30 door:  Now continue past the level 30 door and get upstairs by the ropespots two times. Then you will find a room where you need to sacrifize skulls. Put 1 skull on each metal thing like this:  Step on the strange carving plate and you will get teleported to the Paradox Tower. If you need to go back then step on the strange carvings. Continue by going north from the place that you got teleported to. Cut the grass with the machete to continue. Open the doors with key 3899. Now you will see a big place with grass. Use this table as you do it. D= Doors, C= Cut grass here, W= Wait here, S= Switch, N= Not needed to cut, G= Get here after stepping on switch, R= Run to the location and go upstairs, M=Magic Wall [M][M][M][M][M][M][M][M] [M][C][C][C][C][C][C][C][M] [M][C][N][N][N][C][N][C][M] [M][C][N][R][N][C][N][C][M] [M][C][N][C][C][C][N][C][M] [M][N][C][N][N][N][S][C][M] [M][N][N][C][C][N][N][W][M] [M][M][D][D][M][M][M][M] Stay at this place (W) until the grass starts growing back.  Right after that step on S and run to the stairs that appear at point B. After going upstairs you need to put the switches in right direction. From left to right it is like this: Right, Right, Left, Left, Right, Left. like this screenshot shows:  If you done it right move the single switch and the ladder should appear. Upstairs you find a ghoul behind some magic walls. The ghoul need to move the box to this location to make the stairs appear:  Go up again, at this floor you will find a door. Open the door with your key. Here you need to put fruits in the right order. The order from left to right is: Melon, Banana, Cherry, Apple, Grapes, Coconut. It should look like this:  After moving the switch a ladder should appear. Now go up again. At this floor you need to place a white knight chess piece and a black knight chess piece at the right location. You can look at the statues, at the side where the white knight statue is put a white knight statue chess piece. At the side where the black knight statue is put a black knight chess piece. It should look like this:  Pull the switch to make the stairs appear. Now you will meet Riddler for the first time.  You will need to talk to him and answer his questions carefully. If you answer wrong you will be sent to hellgate. The conversation should look like this:
Now you will be sent of to Hellgate if you did it like you should have done because you can't answer the last question right. You don't need to get the Hellgate key or something. You will start at the beggining of Hellgate and need to get out from Hellgate. To get out from hellgate follow the next maps and descriptions. Go up by the ladder and follow the first map (only skeletons on the way):  After that follow this map (only skeletons on the way):  Now follow the next map (only skeletons on the way):  Now follow this map (rotworms and a carrion worm here):  Follow this map now (ghouls and rotworms on this path):  Follow the next map (rotworms, ghouls and a carrion worm on this way):  Now follow this map (ghouls here):  Now you need to use this dangerous way, you have to kill Skeletons, Ghouls and Beholders, there is also a risk for lured Elder Beholders, Demon Skeletons or even Evil Eye:  Now follow this map, no creatures here:  At the hill there you will need to get up by using levitate or parcels. Get up again and then one more time. You will have to follow this map now to leave Hellgate:  Now you will need to get out of Ab'dendriel Wasp Cave. If there isn't a brigde above then move the switch and then continue by going up. After that you need to go to Mintwallin to find A prisoner that is a NPC. First of all get to Thais. Before going there you can check if you got key 3620 allready because you need it, you get it in Mintwallin if you don't have it yet. You will need to get to Ancient Temple and follow some maps to get to Mintwallin. Here's the location of Ancient Temple:  Follow this map:  Follow the next map (so far no creatures):  Now get down the ladders two times and follow this map, at this way you may have to kill rotworms, then poison spiders, then orcs, orc spearmen, orc warriors, watch out because there can be a lured fire devil, here's the map:  Now get past the poison fields or use destroy field runes, follow this map:  Then after you went down follow this map that leads to the right hole (the other holes are fakeholes). On this way you may have to kill Minotaurs at the beggining and Poison Spiders near the Fakeholes:  Now go down, here you will face 2 Cyclops. The rest of the way here is without creatures. Follow this map:  At the end there should be a ladder. Go up twice to reach another tunnel. Follow this map:  After you reached the ladder go down two times. Then after that follow your final map to reach Mintwallin:  When you went down the ladder go straight to the brigde and from that point prepare to fight many Minotaurs. If you haven't got the key to the door that leads to the Prisoner's cell then go to the black dot on the map below, you can find the key in a drawer. Here's the map:  The blue line is the way to the prisoner. The black dot is the location of key 3620. After following the blue line then climb the ladder and continue south until you find a door. Open the door with key 3620 and go up. You will find the NPC "A Prisoner".  Now you need to talk to him like this:
The number you get is importiant because you need it to continue the quest. If you for get it you can check for the number in your Questlog. Now get back to the Paradox Tower. You will have to do the Skull part, the Grass part and the Ghoul part again. You don't have to do the rest of things again unless someone moved the switches. Now you will need to talk to Riddler again, this time like this:
Riddler will teleport you to the lootroom.  Note: Read the next part carefully. Before stepping on any of the switches you need to desice which 2 loot you don't want. You should only step on 2 of the switches to be able to choose 2 of the prices. On each switch you step on you will remove a price. Choose one of the 6 possibilities. It looks like this: K= 10k Gold W= Wand of Cosmic Energy T= 32 Talons E= Phoenix Egg [K][W][T][T][T][K] [E][E][E][K][W][W] One example of how it works is if you step on W and E you will get Wand of Cosmic Energy and Phoenix Egg removed. And therefore you can only get 10k Gold and 32 Talons. Enjoy your loot! |
