This quest is located in Thais Ancient Temple. It isn't hard but it might be challenging for lower levels. The location of Thais Ancient Temple is here:
After you went down follow this map:
Now follow the next map (Orcs, Orc Spearmen and Orc Warriors on the way):
Now go down again. You will have to get to the east part and cross the brigde that leads to Beholders. There's a switch incase the brigde is closed, the switch is guarded by an Orc Berserker. Follow this map (Orcs, Orc Warriors in the beggining, Beholders later):
Walk like the lightblue line shows and pick somewhere where the red circle is, the lightblue circle shows where the switch is found.
Now after you followed the map use your pick. There are 3 Beholders down. After killing the Beholders get the loot from the box:
