This quest starts in northeast Tiquanda. Follow this map from Banuta (in this case from Hairycles building, different jungle creatures on the way):

After that just go west and rope yourself up. Go up 3 more times. Now jump down the waterfall, here:

Just swim south and you will enter a cave. Swim south to get to the quest chest place. Take the loot from the chest.
